Driver documents
A valid driving licence for the vehicle category, with identity and address proof for every driver partner.
Vehicle registration
Registration certificate (RC) and, where applicable, a valid commercial permit for the vehicle.
Insurance
A valid motor insurance policy covering the vehicle on the road.
Fitness & pollution
Fitness and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates, kept up to date as required.
Safety and quality practices
- Vehicles are checked for cleanliness, comfort and working air-conditioning before they serve customers.
- Drivers are briefed on courteous behaviour, safe driving and respecting speed limits.
- Customers receive driver and car details ahead of pickup so they can confirm the vehicle at the time of boarding.
- Our support team is reachable 24x7 for any concern during a trip.
Business registration and compliance details
